Naa Abena is the ZetAfrika Queenmother. She radiates in authentic woven kente fabric that reflects the royalty of West African chieftancy and the regality of the royal blue and white. Naa Abena's wears blue and white rose earrings. Her hair is ornamented with 5 silver rings as an unofficial nod to the sorority founders, beads and pearls surround her neck before her noteworthy staff makes her status as Queen mother clear. The staff is done in a whitewashed light wood with 3 West African Adinkra symbols. Above the Greek letter Zeta, we have DUAFE : the comb- symbolizes beauty, femininity, and cleanliness. Right under the letter Beta there's GYE NYAME: Fear noone except God followed by the SANKOFA heart: You must have knowledge of your past in order for you to move forward.
